Celebrating kindness
Interact Club encouraged a week of random acts of kindness with dress up days

KINDNESS IN A FLASH. In celebration of being kind, sophomore Heather Jackson chose to dress up as the Flash for kindness week. Working to spread kindness throughout the campus, Interact Club challenged students to dress up for different dress up days throughout the week.“The Flash is one of my favorite shows and when they told me to dress up as a superhero, that’s who I thought of,” Jackson said. “I think it’s cool how the club is trying to read kindness because sometimes all a person needs is a smile to brighten their day.”

DOUBLE TROUBLE. For kindness week, principal Stephanie Hodgins and senior Elysia Garcia twinned for career day. Kindness week was put on by Interact Club to promote and spread kindness throughout the school. “I thought of it because Mrs. Hodgins has been a big role model to this school and has made this school so much better,” Garcia said.

BE THE I IN KIND. Sophomore Maci Konen and senior Ocany Flores celebrate kindness week with a sign painted by Stuco.
