Show love with chocolate, treats from culinary classes
Love is in the air. Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. Restaurants will be packed full of loved ones. Flowers, chocolates and jewelry will be the most anticipated gifts.
Culinary Arts is selling treats to students and staff members. They will be delivered during second, third, fourth and fifth period. The deadline for ordering is today.
“Valentine’s Day is about sharing love so we made baked goods like cake pops to sell to students and teachers,” junior Zoelie Leims said. “It’s so much fun.”
The treats made in culinary is the best route to go, it is a specialty for the students in the class.
“We have our very best, making the very best,” senior Sydney Wadley said.
Customers are welcome to buy treats for people who do not attend the school for Valentine’s Day, but they need to pick them up themselves.
“There’s no better way to show love than chocolate covered treats,” senior Brandon Rose said.
The love will definitely be spread as the treats are prepared.
“We just wanted to spread the love through food and who doesn’t love food,” Chef Jefferson said.
