The new 2022 film “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery” directed by Rian Johnson is an American mystery film. The movie is a sequel from the original “Knives Out” movie that was released in 2019. It is currently one of the most popular movies right now as it ranks within the top ten on Netflix. 

The movie starts with a group of people getting a random wooden box delivered to each of their addresses. The box turns out to be a puzzle that each individual has to solve. However, it turns out that each of the people who got a box all know each other, causing them to all join together to figure out how to open the box. The box revealed an invitation to play a murder mystery game on a private tropical property. However, there was one person who didn’t try to figure out how to open the box, a girl who claimed she was her dead sister, Andi. She just decided to smash the box.

The group of selected people end up showing up at the dock, but there’s one person who doesn’t have a history with these people, Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig). He’s a detective that was hired to figure out the murder of the real Andi. 

The movie takes the viewer through the investigation of the murder with characters going undercover, characters being accused of the murder and other misleading factors that are all revealed at the end of the movie. The movie is an overall mix of mystery, thriller and comedy and is perfect to watch with friends and family.
