Pumpkin flavored products fill the shelves, the leaves begin to change from green to brown, and the wind gusts through the trees. As the weather begins to change, high temperatures in the 70’s makes it feel more like fall.
The lower temperatures allows for staple autumn clothes to be incorporated into people’s daily looks.
“I am so excited to get to wear my letterman again,” junior Kaeley Uhlig said. “I haven’t been able to wear it yet since it has been so hot this year.”
For many students, food is the part of fall they look forward to the most.
“I love homemade pumpkin pie,” junior David Jackson said. “Fall is the only time I get to have this amazing treat. It reminds me of Thanksgiving and being with my family.”
The fall holidays allow for students to participate in their own fun yearly traditions.
“I dress up in a costume and go to the gym before Trick-or-Treating,” Uhlig said. “I get to do two things I love. CrossFit and dress in funny costumes.”
With the beautiful fall scenery everywhere, students have the perfect opportunity to take stunning photos.
“I love taking pictures with my friends and family,” sophomore Avery Wood said. “The leaves are pretty and the weather is cool making it the perfect time for photos.”
Fall isn’t just about the food or the weather. For some people the overall vibes are the best part.
“I love Taylor Swift’s album evermore,” senior Madalyn Gonzales said. “ I can’t wait to listen to the album in the cool weather. The vibes are just right.”
