From chips and candy to home and kitchen supplies and multiple different stickers and pens for stationery, there is a store in The Woodlands where shoppers can find it all. If you are looking for cheap little trinkets or items from Japan, Daiso is definitely your one stop shop to find all of these things in one store.
When walking in, the friendly staff greet you by saying, “Welcome to Daiso!” and then you are looking at all kinds of fun things compacted in a little store. From imported drinks, chips and candy such as Milkita, Hello Panda, Pocky and Hi-Chew, and home supplies like mini chopsticks, knives, cutting boards and soap dispensers, Daiso offers a variety of items to chose from.
All in all the store is very clean for a cheap store. While walking through the store multiple employees are stocking shelves to make sure that all of the customers are all able to buy everything that they need.
I have been to the store several times, and when I went this time I tried the Calbee honey butter chips.
I got these because it’s definitely something different from here in the United States. At first I didn’t even notice them until my friends started showing me different snacks from the store. Those chips had definitely caught my attention.
Another thing I was really looking forward to was stationery supplies. A lot of my cousins love stationery, so I thought it would be the best if I got that for them. When I got into that ile the first thing I saw were some BTS, Hello Kitty and coquette stationery. My cousins mostly like coquette stuff, so I got that for them.
When I went to check-out, the staff was very nice. And quickly got all of my things in a bag, so I was ready to go. One small thing that I like about Daiso is that every time that I go I always buy a lot of things. So it would be pretty weird to be carrying a lot of small bags, but Daiso has huge bags that you can put all of your things in so that was really nice.
Today my total came out to $16.75 and with that money I got a lot of things. Including stationery things, candy, chips, home supplies and gifts. Everytime that I have gone to Daiso I have always had a great experience so I would definitely recommend someone to go to Daiso and try it out for the first time.
