Most teens remember watching this big Mormon loving family that always went by the rules, but after a couple of years the real truth comes out of how they treated each other. Many people suspected that something was wrong but never really did anything.

Devil in the Family: The Fall of Ruby Franke is a tragic story that shows the real truth of a hardcore Mormon family that had a perfect life until everything went down. Throughout the series Ruby’s other two kids make an appearance and talk about their childhood and all of the trauma they had to go through. Many people might be shocked from learning this at an age where they can finally see all of the mental abuse that the children had to go through. At the end, there are some parts that show footage of when ruby’s youngest son went to ask for help. This clip made lots of people’s stomach’s turn because her son was mistreated. He was super skinny, he had tape around his ankles and wrist. Her son was not the only one that went through this, her youngest daughter also went through mistreatment with her mother. Ruby’s youngest was also skinny like her brother but all of her hair was shaved off and when the police officer’s found her she didn’t even wanna talk to them because she was so scared that someone else would hurt her.

Most teens that watched 8 passengers in their childhood might have their attention drawn towards this series, because they already know the backstory of this family. Some might even not make it throughout the whole story
