READY TO VOLUNTEER,. Waiting for the event to begin, sophomores Exiana Lopez and Ibeth Nunez join other Spanish NHS members at the CC Hardy Spanish Heritage Night.

TICKETS PLEASE. Spanish National Honors Society president senior Victoria Medina helps C.C. Hardy student get her fill of cookies. Upon entry to C.C. Hardy's Fiesta Night, students and their families are each given a ticket for a free snack and drink run by the Spanish National Honors Society at Willis High School.

UNEXPECTED SURPRISES. Met with a family friend, senior Natalia Herrera carries baby Issac while Spanish National Honors Society’s sponsor Thesia Sayers plays with him. Bringing together the community to appreciate hispanic culture is the goal of Fiesta Night at C.C. Hardy.

KEEPING IN STEP. Dancing in the gymnasium, senior Natalia Herrera and her cousins Juli and Fernanda bust a move on the dance floor. C.C. Hardy’s Fiesta Night was hosted on Thursday September 18th, 2025. They started this yearly tradition to appreciate and honor what the hispanic culture has done for the community.

PHOTOS AND FUN. Unable to resist La Chona, C.C. Hardy student Zeke Rosales with his little brother Alec, mom Eiri, and dad Benji, take a quick dance break mid photo at the photo booth. Many families took the time on September 18th to make their way to Fiesta Night at C.C. Hardy Elementary.

COLORFUL AND GRACEFUL. All dressed up, a group of guest dancers dance the Baile Folklorico to show off their established talents. Many hispanic dance groups made an appearance to C.C Hardy’s Fiesta Night in their traditional dresses.
