“It’s just a bunch of Hocus Pocus!”

This Friday, the Sanderson Sisters are back. “Hocus Pocus 2″ will be available to stream on for free Disney Plus on September 30th.

In the original “Hocus Pocus”, the adventure of Max Dennison (Omri Katz) has been loved by people of all ages. It’s romantic, action-packed and full of laughs. For decades, the movie has had its own cult following, full of people who love the strangeness of the movie and adore the Sandersons: Winnie, Mary, and Sarah. Now, after almost thirty years, Disney is giving the fans what they’ve been waiting for; Hocus Pocus 2.

Starring Sarah Jessica Parker, Bette Midler, and Kathy Najimy as the Sanderson sisters, Disney’s “Hocus Pocus” is one of the most well-known films of its season. Despite the movie’s failure to beat competition of “Jurassic Park” and “Free Willy” on its original run at the box office, the movie was saved thanks to DVD sales and constant television broadcasts and has since become a must-see classic for the Halloween season.

When Max moves to Salem and hears stories of 18th-century sister-witches stealing the souls of children to keep them youthful and powerful, he seldom believes any of it. On Halloween night, when he explores the abandoned home of the Sanderson Sisters with his sister Dani (Thora Birch) and classmate Allison (Vinessa Shaw), Max lights the black flame candle and accidentally resurrects the Sanderson Sisters. The three must now stop the witches from stealing children and send them back to their graves.

The mush awaited sequel will have some familiar faces as three young women in modern-day Salem accidentally bring back the witches, and embark on a journey with the same task in mind, to stop the Sandersons from stealing children’s souls. Reprising their roles are the beloved Parker, Milder and Najimy, once again preying on children to increase their power. Doug Jones, playing Billie the Zombie will also be back.
