Members of Wildkat Media attended the TAJE conference on Oct. 12-14. They competed in the on-site photo contest against some of the top journalism programs in the state and won a total of four awards for their photography.

Ella McDonald is a senior and this is her second year being a part of Wildkat Media. She got third at district last school year for feature writing and placed fifth at regionals. Victoria is a junior at WHS, and it is her second year in newspaper. For the past year, she has been in Student Council, UIL Journalism, SNHS, MAO, and DECA .
