A role model to female leaders. An influential being to people all over the world. The Queen of England’s life unfortunately came to an end on Sept. 8, 2022 after her reign of 70 years. She was loved by many, causing a devastating impact on not only the United Kingdom, but the entire world. Queen Elizabeth II was someone to admire.

Although she has passed, let’s not forget the mark she made on the world with her bravery, leadership and her kindness.

Even though she was a part of the royal family, that didn’t stop her from taking action in defending her country. During the course of WWII, Queen Elizabeth II stepped up to a position where no one would have expected her: she became a part of the Auxiliary Territorial Service (ATS). She was only 19 and the first female member of the royal family when she decided to provide this civic service for her country.

Throughout her reign as queen, she brought stability over the people. Her rule was always dependable and reliable. Although she became a queen at a young age, she brought peace and reassurance to her country during their time of need. She was always calm when it came to her speeches and she would bring a sense of calmness when she spoke.

Not only was Queen Elizabeth II involved in the war and a reliable leader, but she also had a passion for giving back to her community. The former queen had a large heart for her people, raising over $2 billion for over 600 charities. People who benefited from these charities that the queen involved herself in claim that she was very important to them.

A true, pure-hearted leader, Queen Elizabeth II never failed to successfully lead her people and represent them. She will continue to live in the memories of the world forever, never to be forgotten.
