Victoria is a senior at WHS, and it is her second year in yearbook. For the past year, she has been in Student Council, UIL Journalism, SNHS, MAO, NHS, and DECA. She will be the editor of the yearbook this year, with other leadership positions as President of both Spanish and the National Honor Society, Student Body Treasurer, and Vice President of DECA. UNSTOPPABLE - The Wildkat baseball teams sprints out of the Wildkat inflatable with pure joy. During their last season, the baseball team achieved big by becoming Area and Regional Quarter finalists.

SENIOR SMILES. While performing on the field experiencing her last ever meet the Kats “emotions were high but it felt very memorable and fun to spend that time with some of my favorite people” senior Andrea Harvey said.

MAKING MEMORIES. The senior volleyball girls made a stand at Meet the Kats. SEEING DOUBLE. As they are announced on the loudspeaker, senior Cade Ford, followed by junior Great Hueher and sophomore Coby Boyd strut out into the field representing the Willis tennis team during Meet the Kats. Ready for their next big hit, the team brings cheer to the stands. “I want to be successful in this year's season and being surrounded by school spirit brings me hope,” Ford said, “It being my last year makes this all the more bittersweet.”

CONSTANT SMILES. After dancing a once again perfect performance, junior Annabell Smith-Grimm gets ready to hype up all sports and band members. At Meet the Kats, it was revealed that the Sweethearts will be able to perform at Pearl Harbor this upcoming season. “I know that I am so grateful for the opportunity we were provided,” Smith said. “I can't wait for what this year has in store for us.”

BATTER UP. Representing the baseball team at Meet the Kats, sophomores Andrew Powell, Emmery Tomson, Greyson McNeese and senior Zadin Cannon strut out on the field. After their record-breaking 2024 season, the baseball team has big plans for the 2025 season. “My goal is to grow as a person and become a better teammate and player,” Powell said.

COSMETOLOGIST CERTIFIED. Devin Abernathy was the first junior to become a licensed salon professional. Six other Wildkats have also be able to acquire their cosmetology license this year.
